This Privacy Policy explains how Arbor Broadcasting (“Arbor Broadcasting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the Arbor Broadcasting Roku application that allows you to watch local sports broadcasts (the “App”).

We may collect the following categories of information when you use the App:

• Device and app usage information: information about your Roku device and how you interact with the App, such as device identifiers provided by the Roku platform, IP address, app version, crash logs, performance data, and viewing/interaction events (e.g., what content is played and when).
• Approximate location information: we may infer a general location (such as city or state) from your IP address. We do not intend to collect precise      geolocation through the App.
• Customer support communications: information you choose to provide if you contact us for support (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message).
• Information from third parties: information we receive from service providers that help us operate the App (such as hosting or content delivery providers) and from the Roku platform as permitted by Roku’s policies and your device settings.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account details, government-issued identifiers, or precise location data through the App.

We use information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features (including streaming content).
• Personalize your experience (for example, remembering preferences).
• Monitor and analyze usage, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance and reliability.

We do not serve third-party advertising in the App and we do not sell your personal information. We may use limited analytics and diagnostics to understand how the App is used and to improve reliability and performance. Roku may also collect information directly from you and your device in connection with your use of the App, subject to Roku’s privacy policy and your Roku settings.

Arbor Broadcasting retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the local sports broadcasts and related video content made available through the App. Your use of the App does not grant you ownership of any content. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, public performance, or other use of the video content may be prohibited. This section addresses content rights and does not change how we handle personal information as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and how it is used.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted through the App.

• Roku settings: You can review and adjust certain privacy and advertising settings through your Roku device and Roku account.
• Customer support: You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information (such as the right to access, delete, or correct information, and the right to opt out of certain processing).
